The factory is dedicated to providing OTR Mining Tires of the highest possible quality and know that commercially to progress in this challenging environment it is critical to support the products in the field with a comprehensive warranty. All Duratread tires are backed by a clear, simple to understand, factory backed warranty which ensures that should there be any claims, they are handled in a professional and timely manner. Additionally, as our OTR Tire Professionals have the necessary experience to monitor tire performance in the field, including warranty claim handling directly with the user, we can provide valuable feedback to R & D as well as resolving the issue in the field with the client.

The Duratread warranty includes:-

• Claims against manufacturing defects based upon the remaining tread depth of the tire and/or the hours completed.
• Replacement on a pro-rata basis for agreed claims.
